Exceptionally beautiful play kitchen's from a land I've never heard of - Kfar Hess anyone (Levi, I just know you have been here)? The shop is Petit Kitchen.  Absolutely the best play kitchen I've laid my eyes on!

Plaid Boots!

I love these! They combine my love of graphic prints and boots and coziness all into one. Yes, please.

Bowling Party Plans...

I am in motion planning my almost 4 years old's Birthday Bowling Party at a beautiful vintage bowling alley in Milwaukie.  In my efforts to keep the cheese factor down and the kitsch factor up I am pulling together some great vintage bowling details... I found these on Etsy and E-bay- very inspiring color and graphic wise. Too fun! I love birthdays!!!

The Art of Living Cheerfully

Persisting Stars has a photography and meditation e-course beginning November 14th.

The overview captured me:
~ live a creative , extraordinary, and impassioned life,
~ explore our artistic natures and express ourselves creatively by realizing creativity extends beyond our art into the way we live our daily life
~ clear negative energies and people from our lives
~ discover techniques to uplift our joy and energy
~ delve into the art of the self portrait through photography
~ rejuvenate our creative living spaces
~ embrace a healthful way of living through food, meditation, exercise and much more.

What a fantastic way to lead into a new year with some good tools in your possession and from the comfort of your own home! If anyone enrolls, please let me know, I would love to chat about it.

Jacob Hashimoto- prepare to *gasp*

A childhood friend who grew into a mind-blowing artist and a man after my own heart- Jacob Hashimoto.  I love the prints, the colors, the movement, the repetition. Serene and exciting at the same time.

Turn some heads- Aida Coronado

I am researching great vintage and ethnic embroidery for a freelance client, and came across Aida Coronado's shop- I love the layers, colors and ease of the way she puts these classic Mexican styles together- both current and timeless and figure flattering for most.

Jurianne Matter- papercrafting genius!

OH how I love these ideas and colors from Jurianne Matter.  I am tracking down the wish boats and lanterns for a special little guy's birthday party next month. The patterns, colors, and simplicity all make me so so happy.

Sweet things for sweet kids

A celebration of things simple and beautiful.
